Our Team
Ryan Edmonson
Ryan, a Pittsburgh native, began his career in Finance at PPG, where he worked in Cost Analysis and as a Senior Internal Auditor, managing global audit teams. His passion for real estate began with a renovation project during his time at PPG, leading him to pursue a Master’s in Real Estate Development at Columbia University and co-found Crown Realty Advisors, managing over $25MM in foreclosed assets. Since 2010, Ryan has completed over $100 million in Pennsylvania real estate transactions, partnering with his wife Heather, and enjoys spending time with their two sons, fly fishing, foraging, live music, and cooking with friends and family.
Randy Lee
Randy Lee began his career on Wall Street as an investment banker
before transitioning to the trading desk, where he specialized in
structuring asset-backed securities and trading mortgage-backed
securities, among other assets and investments. He later served as a
portfolio manager at Arbor Realty Trust, a leading Fannie Mae
Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS®) lender and publicly traded commercial real estate investment trust (REIT). At Arbor, Randy focused on investing in and managing distressed credit, residential and commercial real estate, and asset-backed securities. He also played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s servicing business. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from Penn State University.
